The aircon SHOULD have been satisfactory, but perhaps it's gas is getting low and I will direct my staff to try and find the problem.
Perhaps you might like to try another unit....?

Hello Sue, thanks for your review. Some reviews help us get better, some reward my staff for the hard work that they do and some point out structural difficulties we can't so anything about.........
A quick call to reception would have fixed some of these issues and we would have been glad to have done so. Just dial 9 on the handset and we would have had more pillows (should have been spares in the wardrobe, should have been a full compliment of utensils (never had that complaint before) but yea a couple of our units would benefit from an upgrade, but that is why they are relatively inexpensive; quality costs a little more
Thanks for bring the matter of the broken sauna to our attention.
Immediately upon you report, we contacted our electrician who, because of the lateness of the day could not come immediately.
However, he did come first thing next morning and advise us that a part was needed to be ordered, which was promptly done.
When the part subsequently arrived, it was immediately installed.
We couldn't have done much more then this.
