Thank you for reaching out with these concerns. We have looked into it and while there is no water leak or rotten wood, we are having the scratches on the bathroom vanity re stained right away, and we appreciate you pointing it out. We did recently (April) complete our room renovations, and there is not a double bed on our entire property. We are completely outfitted with kings and queens, although we can appreciate that you felt they seemed smaller than they are. I do apologize for the issue with the faucet. I understand that our maintenance team was able to rectify it right away, but it certainly isn't something we ever want to happen for any of our guests! Finally, our records do not show a rate of $200, and we certainly want to look into that further. If you were indeed charged a $200 room rate, please contact me directly at email@example.com.
