Our staff went above and beyond to satisfy your every need each time you were here with us. Our food and beverage manager offered you dinner and we also advised you that your stay will be a complimentary stay. After all of these attempts to compensate for your inconvenience, it seems that we were unable to satisfy you. We would prefer that you find another location to stay at.
