Thank you for writing a review regarding your past stay with us. We take any and all complaints very seriously. Upon discovering the issue you encountered we watched all security footage of the time you stayed with us. We found absolutely no evidence that any of our associates used your vehicle at a time other than to bring it to you when requested and park it when you were finished for the night. Below is a list of times the keys were handled.
9/2 – 17:18 vehicle was valeted and guest checked in.
The guests keys remained on the secured valet board.
9/3 – 08:11 vehicle was retrieved for guest’s departure for the day.
9/3 – 22:03 guest returned to hotel and vehicle was valeted.
The guests key remained on the secured valet board.
9/4 – 0415 vehicle was retrieved for the guests departure from the hotel.
Whenever the vehicle was in our possession, there is irrefutable video evidence that the keys were secured and never removed by the hotel staff.
