Safety of our guest is our top priority, as you may have noticed, our area was under severe weather alerts for the past three weeks. As a safety measure, the elevators are designed to stop during surges to avoid accidents, it is a common design on all elevators. Fire department is then called as a protocol to ensure safety of the guest and the condition of the elevator before resetting. I hope you understand the process. This is an isolated incident which rarely happens, but I can also understand your concern.Please feel free to call us if there is anything we could do. Thank you for complimenting our rooms and our team. I'm very sorry to know that you weren't quite satisfied with our mattress.
