對這家酒店的好評我表示同意。我們發現這裡是一個有傑出員工和很好的設備的安靜地方。特別值得稱道的有--食物(尤其是早餐);有漂亮浴室的舒適房間;漂亮的遊泳池和花園,花園裡有很多閑逛的人還有乘涼的地方;一流的SPA,你能想到的設施這裏都有;友好又樂於助人的工作人員;從海景房看到的美景。儘管有一些人提到了附近有未完工的建築,不過海岸的這一部分並未遭到破壞,景色自然,這一點遠遠超過這個缺陷。我們要特別感謝 Chiara,她在一家酒吧工作,在我妻子發生了一點小事故后幫助了我們。

我故地重遊了這家豪華酒店,這次我們和岳父母一起旅行。BR是我們住過最好的酒店之一,讀了許多關於整個BR團隊達到的最高標準的評論。房間,遊泳池,餐飲,所有員工都很優秀。你不由自主地放鬆下來。乘坐出租車到科拉萊霍鎮路途很短,可以換個環境,有很多地方可以探索,然後愉快地回到酒店遊泳,喝杯乾馬丁尼或者去溫泉療養院或健身房。我們今年多次造訪,而且已經預訂了明年的房間。我們有很多選擇,這是我們能給予的最高讚美,不斷的故地重遊。你們自己試試,享受我們的天堂。

酒店本身是很好的,可以保證是五星級的設施,但可惜的是,這裡有很多東西是“不可以的”,餐廳價格對於它的位置,它較為一般的食物而言是嚴重過高的(這不是摩納哥,馬爾韋利亞或米蘭)。開胃菜很小,和主菜一樣貴,我們的房間空調有問題,你期待一些東西有五星級的標準,這是不可能的。The Las Palmeras餐廳的經理也是喜愛爭吵的,沒有幫助。這很可惜,因為加上較好的管理,提高員工客戶服務方面的培訓,這裏就會和我住過的一些更好的酒店一樣好了。

thank you very much for choosing our hotel as your prefered holiday accomodation for your stay on Fuerteventura.
We are glad to hear that you were overall satisfied with our facilities and beauty of our hotel.
In relation to our restaurants please be informed that our prices are in line with hotels of our category on the Canary Islands.
Our dishes are prepared with only the best ingredients and we strive to offer our guests a culinary experience beyond expectation. Unfortunately this was not percieved as such and we beg your pardon if there was some sort of misunderstanding our shortcoming in our usual fine service.
All of our staff members are properly trained and our team of managers are constantly reviewing our premises including all of our restaruants. However we must stress that our prices are non negotiable and if we amend the portions sizes we need to charge a supplement.
We will share your comments with our restaurant manager as constructive feedback and will certainly continue to work hard in order to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction.

酒店很一般,我是不會再去了。本打算住7天,但住了3天我就想走了。清潔工把我女朋友耳環丟進了垃圾箱。工作人員也沒有提供什麼幫助。有其它更好的選擇,我絕對不會推薦這一家。我去過很多五星級酒店。這家絕對是最差的,性價比非常低,令人失望!

Our reception helds a record of each lost and found item, we also hold a record of cancelled reservations or early departures and so far we could not find anything related to this comment. 哇,哇,哇!我從哪裡開始說起呢?我們已經住過了全世界很多很美的酒店,並且這家是所以中最好的。員工很友好,5星級的舒適度,健康的套件,餐廳,所有都超級好!對我們來說,把這個假期辦好是非常重要的。在2017年的1月,我被診斷出了晚期前列腺癌,所以現在的每一天對我來說都很珍貴。經理和員工讓我的36周年結婚紀念日真的真的很有紀念意義。我們餐桌上贈送的酒,贈送巴厘島床讓我們放鬆,員工很專註,我們很喜歡。非常感謝你們讓這個假期對我和我的妻子來說是一個非常有紀念的經歷。

非常安靜,從鎮子的最高端走過來10分鐘,離最美的海灘步行也是10分鐘。這是一家安靜的老式五星級酒店。房間很大,泳池區和spa漂亮。就是你放鬆休息所需要的。
