We do apologize that we could not accommodate your request for an early arrival but we were more than ready to have you check in with a nominal fee prior to the actual date of your original arrival. While we did fix the minor issue on the top of your vehicle where the rubber trim came off and discussed this with you prior to your departure, we apologize again for the confusion and inconvenience you suffered from this incident.
