I am happy to hear that you enjoyed our workout facility, Starbucks, restaurant and bar, and found our accommodations to be comfortable. I am, however, surprised to hear that you did not locate our pool as we do indeed have an outdoor pool with whirlpool.

I appreciate you taking the time to provide us with such a detailed overview of your recent stay and I am sorry to hear that we did not fully meet your expectations.
I am happy to hear that you would stay with us again but would like to apologize for the couple issues you experienced. We are the only hotel in the entire area that boasts three distinct parking options for guests with way more than 1,000 spaces and while you were with us, we had several conventions going on so unfortunately the complimentary parking filled up fast. As for the Internet, I will be sure to have our technical team take a look at our connection to ensure it's in proper working order. In regards to your room, I'd appreciate it if you could contact me at email@example.com so that I can obtain your room information and have our maintenance team looking into the water damage on the ceilings.
