We are sorry we were not able to provide you with a better quality of service. This is not typical of our usual breakfast selections. Our staff is always looking for ways to improve our customer experience. We try hard to make sure all of our guests have a great stay as we are all about customer satisfaction. When a hotel is under complete renovation, as we are, parking can be an issue. However, there is a better day coming soon! The Holiday Inn Express & Suites is on tract to be a beautiful facility in all areas, and we can't wait! I do hope you come back and visit us again, you won't be disappointed.

However, I was concerned to see that you were not impressed with our mattress and the bathroom pipes.
