Hey, we're so sorry that you found a bugs in your room. We do have pest control specialists who clear our rooms monthly. We'll be sure to remedy the problem as soon as possible to keep our rooms bug free. We apologize for the bugs.

Housekeeping received additional training in the level of cleanliness required of them as our employees.Maintenance staff was informed about the wifi issue and was informed to check and do necessary repair.
