Following your recent stay, it's unfortunate that we weren't offered an opportunity to rectify your disappointment whilst you were with us. I do recall your leaky coffee pot at breakfast, I immediately changed it for you and promptly placed the faulty cafetiere in the bin. Breakfast was cooked to order on the morning of your departure and you did not advise any staff member that there was an issue with the bacon? We did offer you a complimentary upgrade on a return visit as a goodwill gesture as we felt that we had delivered what was expected of us during your stay. One nights bed and full cooked Welsh breakfast, dinner in our 1 Rosette Berties Restaurant, Cream Tea on the day of arrival, full access to the Spa and thermal suite and 10% off any treatments for £64.50 per person.
