在這家酒店住了一個經濟划算的晚上,剛回來。酒店很好,食物很棒,對我們的迎接很友善,喜歡吃晚飯之前坐在沙發邊上看着溫暖的火焰。Tighnabruaich是一個很棒的小鎮,我們沒有逛得離酒店很遠,非常喜歡從我們卧室窗戶看出去的風景,酒店員工很友善而且樂於助人。

The scenery here is stunning and I can understand how hard it is to tear your self away from the bedroom window with views looking up and down the Kyles of Bute. 剛剛度過了一次最開心的周末后回來。酒店溫暖熱情,員工很棒,非常熱情,有禮貌,總是保持微笑。我們的房間是8號房,有個很好的視野,浴室很棒,我的老公愛上了浴室,因為它非常寬敞,淋浴在角落裡,有一個獨立的浴室。床對我的喜好來講太硬了,導致我兩個晚上都沒睡覺(這種情況在其他酒店也出現了),應該是我太挑剔了!!但是這就是為什麼我沒有評論說它是極棒的,除了這點我挑不出任何毛病。食物太讓人喜愛了111我們兩晚都吃了三餐,每次都是吃光,早餐同樣不錯,達到滿分水平。休息室非常溫暖,熱情,是晚上和飲料或是享受慵懶的下午的好去處。非常期待再次到訪,下次會要求一個柔軟些的床的但是重點是我們絕對要來下次。

Thank you for your review. Beds and their mattresses sometimes cause the most stress in my life. When we purchased the hotel we were relieved to find the previous owners had spent wisely and purchased good quality mattresses. The majority of our mattresses are on the harder side although there are a few that are not, please take note of our review 'Fabulous Food, Excellent staff and lovely Hotel' where room 10 mattress was too soft for this reviewers liking. So next time you come to stay be sure to ask for room 10, which is a lovely corner room with duel aspect windows and a traditional metal sprung bed and mattress. We look forward to your return visit. Christine

我們在復活節期間入住這裏, 這是我們第二次入住這裏,我們去年8月來過一次。這的客房非常舒適,我們還能欣賞到美麗的海景。這的美食也很給力,我們很喜歡吃這的早餐和晚餐。服務員和店主都非常熱情,我們很喜歡這個酒店,真是很滿意。
如果給位要來英格蘭旅遊那麼強烈建議大家選擇這裏。

3月,我們在這裏住了3晚。酒店不錯,吸引人。餐廳里的食物好吃。我老公覺得酒吧菜單上的食物更“正常”,不過我認為都很好。葡萄酒價格貴。早餐好吃極了!服務也沒什麼問題。我們的房間景色優美,很有品味。唯一的不足就是淋浴水壓太低,水溫太低我老公用不了。除了這個,這家酒店真得很好,位置優越,房間里每天都會提供美味的酥餅。

Many thanks for your review, I am glad you enjoyed your stay and liked our food along with our shortbread, which is getting quite famous now! We have guests coming to stay that say friends have raved about the shortbread in the rooms. We try to keep the bar food and restaurant food distinctly different so that there is wider choice for our guests. I am sorry about the shower, unfortunately these are showers we inherited when we took over the hotel however we are gradually changing them along with raising the height where needed. We look forward to seeing you return to beautiful Tighnabruaich. Christine

我和老公三月份在那住了2晚,我們本想可以有些“好的接觸”,本來想加比和安德里亞會是很棒的人,本來想建築回事那種有個性有點怪的樣子,然後我們走的時候會舍不得,眼睛會酸。
只有有什麼問題的時候才會檢驗服務好不好。當淋浴“出問題”時,最好是讓基思趕快更新一下,而不是讓人一直等待回復。說我們是經歷了一些困難比較好,而非體驗“應有的服務態度”。當克莉絲汀突然出現讓我們感覺很不舒服時,她只要花2分鐘重新給我們放置一張桌子就好了,而不是整晚都遭遇冷眼。如果事情解決的方式改變一下就好了——不應該讓客人感到害怕或者是“外來者”。真是太遺憾了。

It is very rare that we come across a customer who despite all our endeavours is still not happy, but they do exist!
Thank you for your review, Gabi and Andrea are definitely a great asset to our team, and our customer service throughout is faultless the majority of the time, however when problems arise we do our best to overcome them. There seems to be a number of issues you have raised and I would like to respond as follows.
When you came down for breakfast all the tables in the front breakfast room were in use so the only tables available were in the second breakfast room at the rear of the hotel, there was not a table available in the front breakfast room to reset as everyone had come down to breakfast within 10 minutes of each other. We always set enough tables for all our guests without having to do any resets, however we will do a reset if there is a free table.
You raised an issue with your shower at breakfast, I apologised for your problem, I also said you should have called down to reception and we could have given you access to another room for a shower, rather than having to as you said “wash your hair in cold water”. I then went away and checked if we could move you to another room and suggested this to you on my return but you were both happy for Keith to look at the shower whilst you we out for the day. On looking at the shower, both Keith and our house keeper could find no problem other than being patient and waiting for it to balance itself, and yes, you should not have had to go looking for an answer from Keith and I can only apologise for that. I would also like to note that we have not had any complaints about this shower from other guests either before or after your stay.
I would like readers of this review to note that on trying to book with us, you wanted to purchase a deal that was not available in March, you wanted desperately to stay on a particular date because it was your husband’s birthday, so Keith went out of his way to ‘invent’ a similar deal so that you could both enjoy his birthday. So the fact that you had to complain about most things and were never happy with any solution we offered, maybe we were the ones “left with a bit of a sour taste”.
