I'm happy to see you enjoyed your stay overall, but I would like to apologize for the thermostat issue--over the summer, we restricted all of our thermostats from going above 74 degrees so that guests weren't checking in to sweltering hot rooms. While most of them have been changed over, it appears that there are a few that we missed--I have made sure that, after your review, our maintenance team has adjusted all thermostats in all of our rooms.
