I'm sorry that you did not enjoy of the elements of your stay however I am glad to hear that the food and service was excellent. Please accept my apologies that the room had some maintenance issues, this is unacceptable although I do hope these were passed on during your stay to enable us to rectify them. I hope that you might give us another try.
