酒店員工非常棒,尤其要感謝酒店前台Erum,他非常專業、周到且總是很熱情。房間有點破舊了,裝修也需要翻新,但是美國這個地區的酒店都是這個狀況。

我們開了三間房給參加會議的員工住。3間房都很臟-好像很多年沒打掃過一樣。灰塵-厚厚的灰塵-傢具、暖氣和床底下都是灰塵,非常噁心。

我在那裡的第一天上午,早上5點就有人大聲喧嘩、敲門,把我給吵醒了。我向前台投訴,他們只道了個歉,說不會再發生了。第二天晚上,孩子們在大廳里跑來跑去,一直尖叫到凌晨3點。他們主動提出要換我的房間,但那時我不想收拾東西搬動。他們沒有同情心,還撒謊說不能關閉大廳的那個區域。接下來,我就換了一家不同的旅館住。

酒店很好,但工作人員需要更多的培訓。 早晨的服務員米歇爾很好,樂於助人! 當您在酒店預訂團體住宿,特別是與孩子們,請領導他們,並讓他們在一個地方活動,而不是漫遊整個酒店打擾其他客人!

我下午2點登記入住但是房間還沒準備好,真煩人!!浴缸被頭髮堵塞了,令人噁心,房間地毯被從角落裡撕了下來,房間里的wifi非常慢。商務中心沒有打印機,所以如果你必須打印就得到前台,這樣的話你的文件沒有隱私。
