I have shared your comments with our staff to ensure that they are double checking all the room amenities. I apologize we missed the bath towel in your room. We want to ensure you are safe and that slip hazard is a very respectable concern.

However, we do apologize that you experienced the higher end of our rates. Our goal is always to provide our guests with the best, most affordable, prices but pricing is based upon occupancy and we've been fortunate this year to maintain a high occupancy so it does create a Catch-22 situation. Thank you for your understanding though and we hope you will come back soon and allow us to be your hosts again.
