我住過幾家萬豪酒店，但是這家真的讓我抓狂。住了两天基本沒睡覺。1. 樓上的大象一天24小時一直都在跳。儘管我們讓前台工作人員去阻止過。2. 電梯泵一天24小時都在運作。把我們一次一次的吵醒。3. 我們幾個月前就預付了酒店房費，但是酒店說要多收我們34美元是雜費。我的腳的雜費！！！我想把我當腳放到他們面前。我沒有用雜費。我要求給Neil（經理）打電話確認我們沒有雜費支出。一周之後雜費還在那。差差差。
Thank you for your letting us know your concerns about your stay with us at our hotel. First I would like to apologize for the noise and inconvenience you encountered during your stay with us. Also for the issues with your card, which was just an authorization, which is held on your card during your stay with us, like is required with every guest, which is a Marriott policy. If the authorization charge is still on your card, go ahead and call your bank to ask them to release the authorization, as we are no longer authorizing the card once you have checked out. Some banks do take a little longer than others to release those funds back to you. If you have any other issues or questions, please let us know at the hotel. I do apologize for our evening social not being up to your standards, we do try to change the menu daily to keep some variety in the offerings.
