Thank you for your comments and I sincerely apologize that the sheets in one of your beds was dirty. Housekeeping was certainly not up to our standards in one of your two rooms and I have spoken to our Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping Inspector about your room.
We do appreciate you notifying us of the issue that night, but it’s unfortunate then when asked, you denied us the opportunity to fix the issue by either replacing the bedding or by moving you to another clean room. If we receive a guest complaint, it’s always our policy and goal to fix the issue so the guest can enjoy their stay. I apologize we were unable to assist you. Thank you again and safe travels.
