給行動受限的妻子預定了可以推輪椅進去淋浴的房間。電話上告知我們住的那天有房。到達后發現不是這樣。這是第二次欺騙我們了。住在了另外一間殘疾人客房,無法推輪椅進淋浴間。妻子設法在房間里洗了個澡。房間里有2條浴巾。空調有一半時間不起作用。當我們退房的時候詢問下周一晚上可以推輪椅進去的房間是否可以訂到,被告知那間房已經被長時間出租了。絕對不會再來這裏。他們只有3間殘障客房。我們登記入住那晚的女士很友善。第二天早上的小伙子非常不禮貌。

I apologize that your requested room type was not available, but as I had taken the previous reservation, as well as this one, it was told, specifically, that we CANNOT gurantee a room type, and that we WOULD try to make your request available.

The reason your request was not met was due to an occupant already being in the room, requiring use of the mobility accessable facilities, and extending their stay through the week. This is one of the several reasons we do not guarantee room numbers or room types. We strive for guest satisfaction, and I recall, repeatedly, reminding and informing the caller that we cannot guarantee this room type, as we have 4, not three, accessible rooms, one of which has a roll in. 3 rooms have dual double beds, and a fourth has a single queen.

"The guy on the nexted morning was not very polite at all"

Perhaps that's because, after being repeatedly told we do not guarantee room number or room types, and that the room you request may not be available at time of check in, you rudely complained, and suggested I should have kicked out the guest in "your room" because you "asked for it". If you recall, my response was, no, I was not going to kick out and move an individual with mobility issues who had checked in and secured the room well in advance prior to your arrival.

很好的工作人員,不錯的地方。靈活的利率。確保你在周末比賽前能夠提前預定!!!工作人員非常友好,任何問題前台處理的都很快。很高興他們能夠讓在屋內吸煙的旅客離開。

Thank you so much for reviewing our property. Yes, we do evict guests who are smoking in our rooms, and we maintain a list of guests who were removed to prevent them from returning and continue being a nusiance to our valuable guests.

And yes, great advice. Make sure you reserve and guarantee your rooms for race weekend!

我告訴工作人員,我讀過關於酒店的評論了,想開始就選一個好的房間。他們給了一個開始的房間,房間里都是煙味。當我要求一個更好的房間時,工作人員正在等我的電話呢。我們的隔壁是一戶住在這裏的家庭。他們就在我們的前廊和朋友開派對。還不如省下自己的六十塊錢,睡在車裡吧。

I apologize to hear of your stay at our property. I apologize for the delay in a response, but please let me take this time to assure you that over the past 6 months we have heavily updated the rooms, renovating them, and making them far more acceptable. Part of what we've done is completely remove the carpeting. We've found the linger odor of guests past, including the ones who refuse to honor state law and NOT smoke in our room, remains behind in the fibers of the carpets. Many of our recent guests have been complimenting our staff on the many changes and updates

We apologize to hear that you were less than pleased with your stay. I hope to assure you that we take your complaints seriously, and any time we're informed of an issue on a room, we will do our absolute best to remedy the situation.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We truly do hope you can stop back through.

我只能說一分價錢一分貨。辦理入住手續的時候,前台員工並不友好。客房本應該是無煙區客房,但是房間里瀰漫這煙味,舒適感全無。讓人感覺這就是一個骯髒的房間。我們只住了一個晚上。即使你付我錢我都不會再繼續住在這裏。
