So sorry to read about your experience here. Each of our rooms should have both feather pillows and foam pillows to accommodate most everyone's needs. Although I am not certain as to what room you were in, I appreciate that you brought this to my attention, as we may have missed something.
Room Service is perhaps an area where we can improve. I will absolutely address the issue with the general Manager of the restaurant and see if they can expand their hours. It is a separate operation, but the expectation is that they accommodate our guests. I appreciate you bringing this to m y attention and assure you the issue will be addressed.
