Thank you for the positive review! We do rotate our mattresses every three months in order to keep them in the best possible sleeping condition for our guests.
I am sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience here. We do our best to keep the pool open during regular hours every day as we know for people like you the pool is very important. Unfortunately, sometimes unforeseeable maintenance issues come up as it sounds happened while you were here. Mother Nature must not have been on our side either making it inconvenient for you to be able to use the pool at our sister property that we have available if these maintenance issues come up. In regards to the sheers letting light into your room, we do have black out curtains that are back behind. Sometimes these can be missed by guests who do not know they are there. I hope that you will come and stay with us again and you will not have either of these problems. Thank you for the review!
