我只是想定一個客房服務,但是芝加哥希爾頓酒店兩次讓我失望了。基本上來說,我房間里的平板電腦壞了,所以我試着打電話叫客房服務,但他們堅持讓我用平板電腦預訂服務。結果我餓壞了,運氣也糟透了。酒店還行,但是工作人員很差勁。

在這裏參加一個會議,我覺得酒店一般般。房間里的浴室狹小且平庸。當我進入客房時,沒有燈可以打開,我不得不繞到一盞檯燈前。沒有房間景觀,恆溫器設置在66華氏度,牆紙和被子都有洞。最後也沒留下什麼好印象。

我們周末在希爾頓酒店住了两天。我花了不到100美元就把我的房間昇級了,而且還能住在頂樓。遊泳池很好,這不是像萬豪酒店那樣的出於恭維的評論。員工很熱情,床非常舒服。這裏的氛圍美好、放鬆。房間能容納三個大人和兩個孩子。酒店就在市中心,唯一不太好的一點是,淋浴的下水道的地勢不是低的。

這家酒店位於密歇根大道上,靠近范布倫街車站和千禧公園。附近有幾家餐館和咖啡館。這家酒店歷史悠久,但設施陳舊。大堂前台分為結帳處、入住登記處、問詢處和會員專用通道。前台通常排着長隊。我預訂的房間是雙人套房。房間里的設施都沒什麼特別的,只是床單和床上用品都是舊的、髒的、有洞的。電視機有點故障,幾名工作人員試圖幫忙,但電視機狀況依然不佳。健身房裡有一個大型的跑道,還有舉重和有氧運動器械,看起來都過時了,不過還算實用。健身房的毛巾也有污漬和洞。在8樓健身房旁邊的同一層,還有一個遊泳池。對於會員們來說,早餐的優惠似乎很複雜。他們仍然使用紙質優惠券,只有鑽石級別會員的早餐優惠券價值20美元。黃金會員可獲得每人每天10美元的餐飲積分,可用於早餐。如果您使用了信用卡,您應該在結賬時再次檢查發票,因為我們過程中出了點岔子。電梯因机械故障而壞了好幾次,如果你待在行政樓層或套房裡,你可能要有的累了。電梯分為三部,對於低中高樓層。考慮到價格不算昂貴,而且地理位置也很好,我還是會推薦你選擇這家獨特的酒店,雖然它顯然不符合希爾頓標準。

對於第一次到芝加哥的遊客來說,位置極為合適。沒發現蟲子的痕迹,但有積塵…到處都是!客房部需要改進客人離、住之間的清潔工作,因為我必須自己清理落在浴室里的雜物。
