Dear Chris L,
Thank you for taking your time to write about your experience at our hotel. We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us and we look forward to welcome you back to our hotel when travel plans bring you back in Chicago.
I apologize for your issue with the wakeup call. I will discuss this incident with our front desk staff to ensure we are following our proper protocols when taking wake up call requests from our guests.
Regarding the lack of restaurant service on property, I can understand your frustration with that. We have been working on filling our retail space with a restaurant option for our guests. We hope to have that space filled soon so that our guests have an option very close by. One thing to note is that Fulton Market is filled with wonderful restaurants all of which are only a few blocks away. From the moderately priced Haymarket Pub (which is 1.5 blocks away) to the more upscale Girl and the Goat (2 blocks away) there are a large variety of price, cuisine, and atmospheric options available. Even the Obama's favorite restaurant, Michelin rate Sepia is directly across the street from the hotel.
I hope you decide to try us again the next time you visit Chicago. I know any member of my outstanding Front Desk team will be more than happy to spend some time with you to recommend the perfect restaurant in the area. My team and I thank you for staying with us and we appreciate your open and honest feedback about your experience.
We are glad we are the best Hampton Inn you have experienced. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future!
We are so happy you felt the warmth of hospitality through our staff!! Please come and visit us again soon.
We are so glad you would choose us again! Thanks for the five star review.
