Thanks for taking time to write about your experience at Inn on the Beach, nhr_carey. I apologize for the one day we missed servicing your room; clearly that was a mistake and not up to the standard we set for ourselves. I could have perhaps elaborated on the liquid pure cane that is provided for our complimentary daily coffee service, in that we are trying something new. When you asked for regular sugar, I just pointed that out as being our regular sugar, in addition to the other types of sweeteners that we provide.
Thank you for mentioning that you were able to check in early on your day of arrival. We are always happy to accommodate those requests when we can, and are also always glad to store luggage and offer a place to change into beach attire if need be, as we did in your case.
Wifi service in some of our downstairs rooms is definitely spotty, as you mention, partly due to the thick concrete walls, and has been a source of frustration for us for a while. We have a plan in place to take care of that and look forward to much-improved wifi for all very soon.
I spend my time at the Inn enjoying talking with and taking care of our guests, looking for ways to make their stay more comfortable and enjoyable, every day. Your comments make me pause and rededicate myself and our staff to that endeavor since you clearly didn’t feel that we succeeded in that goal for you and your daughter.
