Based on your review, I believe we have an opportunity to improve our communication with our guests regarding the many amenities that are available to them. At check-in, our team offers the password for the free wifi in all the common areas of the hotel, including the guest rooms. It should also be made known that coffee is available for purchase in Shula’s (located off the hotel lobby) during operating hours of 6:30am to 10:30pm. I apologize that these items were not communicated to you and will ensure that we are doing a better job relating these value-added services to all our guests.
