Rachael J: Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review following your stay, I really appreciate the feedback. I apologize for what you found to be a disappointing stay, we never want that for a guest. First, in regards to the music we do host a happy hour every Thursday and Friday night on our rooftop at Area 31 which is widely regarded as "The" happy hour spot in the city. Miami is all about having fun and while our music stops at 11pm many other properties in the city go much later. Additionally, valet can be very busy some nights during peak hours, between the restaurants, bars, residents and hotel guest there can be a rush at times which causes a delay, for this I sincerely apologize. I will definitely bring this to the attention of my correct team to find ways to improve on the valet. I hope in the future if you are in Miami again you give us a chance to welcome you back and show you the real EPIC experience.
Terry W: Thank you for the review following your stay, I really appreciate it. I am glad you found the room comfortable during your stay, however, I do apologize about the experience in Area 31. These are very big points for you too highlight and I will certainly touch base with the correct personnel. Unfortunately due to some damage during the hurricane in September we are completing a paint project which closes off the pools on weekdays. I am sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused, I hope the next time you visit Miami we can welcome you back with our pool fully open to show you the real EPIC!

I am glad you and the family had an amazing time exploring everything the neighborhood has to offer, with all the shops and restaurant options sometimes it can be almost overwhelming. I sincerely apologize about the pool, I am frustrated by how long the project has taken myself so I can only imagine as a guest for irritating it can be.Hopefully you took advantage of our marvelous sister properties for some fun in the sun.
