We always try to make each guest feel exceptionally welcomed, I am beyond happy to hear that Barbra and the rest of the staff went above and beyond for you. With that said we will make sure to commend the staff on your behalf. The shuttle is our diamond in a coal mine, very few hotels on the island provide one. Our shuttles schedule is very accommodating starting at 8 am and running to 10:45 pm, every 30 minutes from the hotel to downtown. We Thank You, and hope for your next trip to the Keys you let us provide your 5 star experience again!
I am so sorry you found our property to be disappointing. I have alerted both our housekeeping and maintenance teams to take a close look at your room so that they can take care of the issues and make sure they do not re-occur in the future. We appreciate your review! The Courtyard is happy to be one of the few hotels on the island to provide free parking to its guest. In a very safe area you can leave your car parked with no worries and jump on the shuttle, as you mentioned! Although minimal seating the shuttle does transport to and from every 30 minutes. Happy to hear you enjoyed your pool view from your room, overlooking the Tiki bar! Although breakfast is not complimentary, We do provide breakfast at our bistro and Starbucks location inside the main lobby! They have a variety of cold/hot breakfast served from 7 am-11 am at a price range of 2$ to 10$ per person depending on your order!
