Dear Kathleenfrenette, Let me start by thanking you for staying with us at the Days Inn Bradley Airport. I apologize we did not meet your expectations. We recently completed 10 month long Renovations. In the process we also did major changes to technology used for services. I maintenace engineer have worked and double tested the system. We hope the issue with wake up call if any is resolved as we have not had anyone else make a comment. We also have alarm clocks in the room as a back-up. With regards to housekeeping please be assured I have shared your comments with them and they are paying more attention to cleanliness.
