Although we’re happy that our beds provided comfort and relaxation, we’re sad to hear that you were not fully satisfied with your stay with us. As you mentioned, we are renovating our Inn, and currently, we are in the process of installing our brand new bathroom vanities, which include space for toiletries and a toilet paper holder. Whether positive, or not, we always appreciate the comments we receive from our guests, and although we’re happy to hear that our staff’s outstanding service was the best part about your experience, it saddens us that there were no other aspects about your stay that were as positive. On our website, we have information regarding our renovation and the way our full transformation has been planned out is to help prevent work from disrupting our guests while completing a full-scale renovation in a short time frame. Please note that all of our guest rooms and suites feature balconies with sliding glass doors offering plenty of natural light into our accommodations, along with beautiful views of the mountains and Downtown Denver.
