Since we are an extended stay property, we provide housekeeping service to guests who stay eight or more nights; however, this service is always available upon request for an additional fee. I would also like to mention, to ensure cleanliness of kitchenware upon check-in, brand standards require us to make these items available at the front desk rather than leaving them in the suites and it is available upon request. I am sorry if we did not communicate this to you at check-in. We hope you will consider us again the next time you are in this area.
