由於我訂了早班的航班,所以預訂了這家旅館。我通過电子郵件向店家提出了一個請求,我需要儘早辦理入住,我很高興當我在上午11點辦理登記入住的時候,房間已經打掃好了。舒適的床,乾淨寬敞的房間。我很滿意。

我真的感到很震驚,這是一家有4星評級的喜來登品牌酒店。這絕對是你所能想到的最糟糕的情況。不要在這家酒店預訂房間。你可能會從經理那裡得到你所能預期的最糟糕對待。沒有安全手冊,他們會表現得好像他們從不知道那樣。沒有停車服務!貼身男服務員需要50美元一晚的價格!這裏非常吵,因為它離機場很近,窗戶邊的聲音也很差。總體來說,這是一次糟糕的體驗。

這是一家很棒的酒店,它離機場很近。優點包括有安靜的房間和完善的健身房,但缺點是停車場收費昂貴,以及房間有難聞氣味,而且擁擠又過時。酒店提供的早餐和酒吧都挺好的,在這裏過夜真不錯。

在parksleepfly.com網站訂的房。千萬別在那訂!酒店根本沒收到我們的信息,還是直接訂,但千萬別從那個網站訂。我想這裏畢竟是喜來登,應該會不錯。房間很潮,雖說房間里有個告示說抽煙要罰$200清潔費,但感覺好像我們之前的房客在裏面抽過煙。酒店要麼是拿了錢沒有清潔,要麼是$200根本不夠清潔乾淨的。我們走出房間,看到有個客人在遛狗,狗就直接尿在地毯上了!而那客人也只是聳聳肩。最後,車停在外面,什麼保護也沒有。

酒店靠近機場,有免費的巴士接送到機場。入住時前台的男性工作人員來自浙江杭州,所以完全沒有語言障礙。不過拿了房卡后發現房間已經有人入住,趕緊讓前台換了一個房間。房間稍微有些久,床很大,睡覺挺舒服。另外浴室的排水系統不太好,洗完澡后地上漏了很多水。房間的製冷系統噪音很大,不開晚上很熱,開了無法入睡。

我們一共6個人三間房進行了一個月的畢業旅行,最後一個城市在洛杉磯。我們這一個月住了很多酒店,這是我們住過的服務最差的一家酒店。前台員工非常的沒有耐心,態度不太友好對外國人。我們訂的是俱樂部樓層含早餐,但第二天早上我們的房卡並不能打開餐廳的門鎖。下樓和工作人員溝通時,前台工作人員也並沒有為他們工作的疏忽而感到抱歉。最後一天我們外出一天回來后,酒店房間衛生並沒有被打掃。服務很差,對外國人並不友好,另外晚上淋雨沒有熱水,下次不會再來。
