Thank you for sharing your review and for dining with us. I'm so sorry you had to wait for 45 minutes, that is too long. Apparently that evening we had limited kitchen staff as one was on sick leave, and the Chef was off duty. We also had several room service orders for the hotel and our restaurant was half full, and your order got mixed up in the kitchen and so your food came out last. Otherwise your food should have been ready by at least 20 minutes. Still this is no excuse, and I apologize for the long wait.
I'm sorry that you did not like your vegetable curry and the soup. I'm not sure what happened, as other guests who dined with us that day gave positive comments. We had 3 curries and 5 pumpkin soups ordered by several guests that day, and only yours came back with a negative comment. And just now as I am writing this reply, we had 2 tables ordered a vegetable curry, and said it was delicious. We always cook from scratch using only fresh ingredients, so I am also disappointed if our guests do not like our food. I am happy though that you liked our fresh mixed juices.
In the past, our restaurant was only open for in house guests of Hotel Genggong, and only just recently we decided to open up for the public with the name of Restaurant Samuh. So I admit we are still in our teething stage with limited staff. We thank you for giving us a try and for your valuable comments and criticism. I promise we will improve Restaurant Samuh, and will very much appreciate it if you would give us a second chance.

I am sorry to hear about the AC not working, I just found out about this incident from your review. According to our reception staff, they did send a technician to inspect your AC while you were in our restaurant, and he said to our receptionist that the AC had been fixed. Obviously it was not fixed properly and so the AC wasn't able to reach the desired temperature. I am very sorry about this. If you notified us again that day we would have moved you to another room. Our staff only found out your AC was not working when you checked out. We will install a brand new AC in this room.
