Thank you for staying with us recently and for your review and comments. Without customer feedback we cannot improve our services. I am sorry you found breakfast to be a little slow. Everything is made freshly to order and there are busy times occasionally. We have been fully booked most of the last few months even though it is low season. I am delighted that you did enjoy it once it arrived. Breakfast can be served on anyones balcony or outside table area. You simply need to ask. Weather at this time of year can be prohibitive though as you are aware.The communal table will be retired this coming season for 4 tables of two. Rooms 2,3,4+5 share a table of 8 for breakfast and have done so since we opened in 2001. Our interiors are modern (updated regularly), of excellent quality, fresh and fun.The beds are all tempurpedic. I don't think any hotel in Cape Town has them. The interiors are not to meant to be like a stereotype chain hotel with boring bland furnishings chosen by stick in the mud architects. Most guess love it. Can you please contact me with your name and dates of stay so I can find out if there were any issues that may have caused a delay in the kitchen. This is very valuable info and I would appreciate it. I do hope you can join us again some time soon. Thank you again for staying with us.
