Your feedback has left us sad. The road leading to the hotel is steep as we are on an elevated plot of land. The advantage of the location is the wonderful view of the Kanchenjunga that you get from the mountain facing rooms as well as the hotel lobby and lounge. Housekeeping and maintenance carries out their daily work routine and we have not had any major challenges or complaints from any of our guests. Generally we receive appreciation for the courteous and cooperative behaviour of our staffs. As such your comments have surprised us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience faced by you during your stay with us.
