Thank you Mr.Amit Patel , as far as i am looking at the guest entry register we could not find your entry , however we apologise for such unpleasant stay and regret all the inconvenience. We would love to have you discuss over the phone because we don't charge any extra tax on any items , all is included in the bill or any on-line vouchers before. We still apologise for the hiked prices charged but none of the high prices are brought to notice.
