It is unfortunate you feel this way. We have guests checking in at all times of the day and rarely do we get negative feedback - in fact this is a first with the staff who was on duty when you arrived. Rest assured, I will look into this to ensure our staff are extending the excellent service that we are usually known for.
We have limited parking on-site. It is our policy to offer complimentary valet service for in-house guests, parking their vehicles to the nearest secure available parking at no charge to the guest. If you were not able to avail of this, again, my sincerest apologies.
