酒店扣的房費是包含早餐的,然後到了酒店他們告訴我找不到我的預定,我只能又重新訂了一遍。在前台嘗試了五次才把門卡弄好,現在我有點擔心這是不是又要增加費用。在酒店前台預定房間比正常貴了一倍。千萬要小心謹慎,這兒員工就想着從客人身上騙錢。別在酒店吃早餐,因為重新預定的費用中不包括早餐。而且他們足足用了45分鐘才煎了兩個蛋,還沒有煎好,蛋是生的。房間很大但很臟,我去的時候還沒有打掃,淋浴沒有門,水槽里水要溢出來了,地板還很濕。但是要是你把房間里任何東西弄髒了,他們又要你額外付費。這地方不適合家庭度假,不適合小孩,周圍的一切都是垃圾。我絕不會再次入住。

We are very sorry to hear that we failed to provide you a positive, worthwhile experience. It's unfortunate that you felt inconvenienced with your reservation online and had to book it several times. However, it would be more helpful if there was a booking confirmation presented upon check-in so we could verify the booking. Since there was none, the booking may be verified with the online travel agency whether the reservation was successful. You may also check the charges applied with your Issuing bank.

We would like to clarify that the rate offered by the reception was based on the Walk-in rate of the hotel which shall only apply when booking was made directly with us.

We have taken note of your comments about the breakfast and the room. Rest assured that your concerns will be addressed promptly to the concerned departments.

We hope you give us another chance to show ourselves in a better light on your future vacation as we always put guest satisfaction on top of our list, and always do our best to provide you with a wonderful experience. 我們在這裏住了2晚,房間還行,空調有點吵,房間能看到馬尼拉灣的景色是加分項,TJS水療(按摩)感覺不錯。但遺憾的是前台的服務很糟糕,如果你沒有什麼事情要問他們就好了!當他們要求收押金的時候要特別小心,有的時候他們會直接從你的卡里扣款,你還得通知你的銀行取消。

就是一間有兩張雙人床(似乎有點浪費)的很不錯的房間,一晚才42歐元!Wi-fi非常棒,員工們總是面帶微笑!這個地區需要一段時間才能適應。雖然旅館內外都很好,但街道本身卻很破舊。住了兩晚之後,我離開了這個地區,因為我在那裡沒有發現太多的事情可做。如果你想要在Malate區找一個價格便宜的好房間,那就來這裏吧。

我真的很享受我在這裏的住宿,房間很巨大,還有一個很大的浴室。附近也有很多酒吧和餐廳。非常友好有幫助的員工,我會再次住在這裏的。酒店裡還有一家很棒的餐廳和spa。

如果沒有發現浴室讓人驚訝的蟑螂,我們的聖誕假期可能就是完美的了。還好,酒店工作人員立即按照我們的建議檢查了浴室,並清除了蟑螂,噴洒了殺蟲劑。除此之外,酒店還是不錯的。酒店地理位置良好,食物美味,房間寬敞,wifi信號也不錯。我希望下次入住的時候不再有蟑螂。

因為那天是東盟會議召開的日子,很多道路都被封閉了,我們決定去酒店附近的馬尼拉隆塔公園動物園看看。入園檢票的速度很慢,但是在酒店入口的K9和警察讓你感到安全,他們提供免費的停車場,還有自助早餐,但我想他們需要提高食品品質。它很一般。米粉、雞蛋、沙拉、麥片和麵包、熱狗,房間很好,但不夠大,他們也有屋頂遊泳池,但太小了,還有滑梯,但我們沒有遊泳,酒店還有泰國餐廳。總體來說不錯的酒店,5000一晚標間。
