I am sincerely sorry to hear about your experience staying with us over the 4th of July weekend. We were as you said, very busy that weekend occupying a full house of guests. I can imagine your frustration during breakfast. Due to unforeseen circumstances one of our team members could not possibly make it in that Saturday morning. I was covering the front desk that morning when I learned that we would not have a breakfast attendant on. I then also was working breakfast because of this incident. I do know it was extremely busy and I apologize that it was not the normal experience that we regularly provide for our guests.
I hope that you will consider giving us a second chance to provide you with an exceptional visit when you visit Buffalo again.
