genting hotel jurong 做櫃檯的sebrena和kelly 的服務非常好他是幫我辦理check in 。。。在住的時候有什麼事情要幫忙時他們都會盡量的幫助我們。。。講話的語氣也是非常的好 。。。房間也是非常好非常美。。。雖然房間是小一點但是風景也是非常的美。。。房間的設備的話也是相當的不錯不會有什麼問題。。。如果房間設備有問題他們很快的來幫你解決問題。。。總體來說服務非常好。。。

出差在這家酒店住了3周時間，床很大，床墊很軟，床具很舒服，兩張床佔據了房間的絕大多數空間，人活動的地方只有很小一塊。儲物空間不少，有冰箱和保險櫃，冷氣溫度很低，衛生間出熱水很快，沖涼水壓很足。
前台服務不過不失，對住戶的禮貌僅限於工作層面，客房服務反應很迅速，可是洗漱用品補充的很慢啊，很多時候都要打去客房服務要才有。。。。

這是我住過的規模較小的酒店之一，就像宜必思酒店(IBIS)或經濟型酒店，比雲頂第一世界酒店稍大一些，但它擁有所有必需的設施。漂亮的遊泳池，日光浴椅，健身房，洗衣房。步行一小段就到圖書館和酒店對面的3個大型購物中心，那裡的食物很美味，所以不需要在酒店吃東西。離捷運和巴士終點站也很近，步行只需15分鐘。酒店離科學中心也很近。如果你想探索新加坡西部或者聖淘沙，這是一個不錯的選擇。我第一次入住時，前台的女士們服務很差，態度很差，也不樂於助人，辦事效率雖然很高，但近乎粗魯。我第二次入住是由男性員工辦理的，他們非常有禮貌。溫馨提示:停車費用昂貴，酒店不提供免費停車服務。遊泳池早上或晚上時的水溫總是很冷。汽車站就在酒店前面，非常方便。如果要乘坐去聖淘沙的穿梭巴士，請記得帶好你的鑰匙卡。

Thank you for taking time to review Genting Jurong during your recent visit. We have noted on your comment on our hotel amenities, and I am happy to know that you have enjoyed the local charm and convenience of Jurong. We deeply regret the shortfalls as described on check in that did not meet up to your expectations. However rest assured that your constructive comments have been well taken for immediate improvement.

最近我來這裏出差，在這家酒店的高級客房住了三晚。酒店是我的公司為我和我的兩個同事預定的。酒店距機場約40分鐘的出租車車程。這個房間只夠一個人住，室內簡約。每層樓都有飲水機供應飲用水。早餐剛剛好。工作人員彬彬有禮，樂於助人。步行約5-10分鐘就能到最近的巴士站及捷運站。那裡還有幾家購物中心，步行只需10分鐘。街對面有一些小商店和小飯館，他們出售一些打折商品。總而言之，如果你的主要目標是晚上睡個好覺，晚上出去散步的時間有限，那就住在這裏吧。

Dear Pra2Adi,
Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us and we truly value the time you had taken to share your stay experience with us on TripAdvisor.
We apologize due to the space constraints in our superior room but our superior rooms are of standard size. In the future, if you prefer to have a spacious room, we do have our finest Deluxe Room available.
As part of our initiative to reduce single-use plastics, we have replaced plastic bottled water with water carafe in the room. Guests can use the water carafe in room to fill drinking water from our newly installed self-service drinking water points at every floor and your feedback regarding the breakfast, please rest assured that they have been conveyed to our Food and Beverage Manager and Head Chef.
On the same note, we're really happy to hear your positive feedback about our staffs' courteous service and as well as the convenience of our hotel location.
Once again, thank you for your feedback and we are looking forward to welcoming you back to Genting Hotel Jurong.
