However, it saddens us that you felt inconvenienced by our airport transfer to Kalibo. Please be assured that the pickup time takes into consideration possible delays in traffic and is meant to ensure that you get to the airport on time. It is unfortunate that your flight got delayed and thus you had to wait longer.

However, we are sad to hear that you experienced discomfort during your stay. Please be assured that all guest feedback (especially the negative ones) are looked into and acted on by management.
