由到涉到check in, St. Regis 到帶俾我賓至如歸嘅感覺。front desk 既Joey 笑容同好好既服務態度,講解俾我知道我訂既package,同酒店可以提供既管家服務。上到房,housekeeping 同事亦都好好,問我有冇需要添加房內物品。
整體服務同專業絕對合符五星資格。。
唯獨有少少美中不足既地方係。房內Sofa 可能攝咗啲食物入去,所以有小強匿埋咗

St. Regis Hotel 管家服務一流,佢地好有效率同有禮貌,泳池職員好主動開門同比杯水我,接待處職員都好詳細咁解釋用餐時間,邊間餐廳用餐,不過當我準備去浸浴缸時,發現浴缸甩左一執陶瓷,好易刮親人,於是我即刻通知前台職員,佢比左管家電話我,我通知管家後,職員都好快咁幫我地換左另一間房,同寫左封道歉信同送左支香檳,加埋一個免費的下午茶同延遲6點退房,仲有我地7點幾去潤度食早餐,職員態度好好,同埋好多野食,不過早餐溫度唔夠,只係有少少暖,

我今年生日男朋友book左St. Regis同我過三日兩夜。呢次係我地第四次入住呢一間酒店,每次入住都有賓至如歸嘅感覺,而呢一次都唔例外。我地入住嘅日期係7月12-14日,check in入到房,見到Butler Angel Tam為我佈置好房間,晚上更送上蛋糕,呢一切都令我好驚喜。Angel Tam為我地準備好哂呢幾日嘅安排,例如泊車、book枱食飯等等,令到我地可以好放鬆咁渡過呢幾日。我相信我地會再次入住呢間酒店。

再次入住仍是滿分的服務質素,感謝Butler Sherwin and Charlotte check in 時細心講解酒店設施和房間安排。
房內浴缸又大又舒適,浸泡泡浴一流。設計簡單,低調優雅。酒店提供的蛋糕亦非常美味。早餐選擇多,味道好。下次有機會會再次入住。
