處於仰光優越的地理位置。清潔和維護良好。遊泳池很棒。早餐很好吃。大堂的咖啡蛋糕食品和飲料是弗洛拉和吉米提供的,超級美味、優質服務。Yuki美容院也是仰光最好的。日本餐館所有的食物都很棒。房間非常舒適和安全。強烈推薦。

在這家酒店住了两天,我們被酒店超贊的服務所感動。前台員工“Hmu”十分有禮貌,也很熱心,為我們提供了轉接休息室。酒店搬運工“Lwin”工作做得十分出色!他為我們詳細地講解了酒店各種設施,讓我們對酒店熟悉起來。在經歷了一天疲乏的旅行,我們的管家“Min Myat Zaw”貼心且人性化地為我們在房間里泡好熱茶,並附上手寫便條。最值得一提的是禮賓部主管“利奧”,他是整家酒店的支柱。他熱心真誠的服務,是我和我家人會再次選擇這家酒店的最主要原因。謝謝酒店為我們做出的所有!

這房子看起來又舊又過時。我們房間的地毯上甚至有污漬。遊泳池區域有一些奇怪的鄉村木結構,我想可能是用於池邊表演。自助早餐安排管理的很差,甚至很難喝到自助咖啡。桌子沒有及時清理乾淨。他們顯然需要更多的員工。在步行的距離內沒有什麼有趣的東西。我不會再呆在這裏了。與我們在越南和柬埔寨住過的酒店相比,它的情況非常糟糕。

就遊泳池和設施而言,這是一家不錯的酒店,但是食物很糟糕。我是一個住在仰光的美國人,在察殿酒店進行“宅度假”。這是我第二次因為在那裡吃東西而嚴重食物中毒(連續两天躺在床上,每天睡18個小時)。我四處詢問,幾位仰光居民也報告了同樣的問題。這是個嚴重的問題。五星級酒店不應該有這麼差的食物處理。請解決這個問題!

First of all, we are sorry to know that your Staycation experience in our hotel is not up to your expectation. Since I have got your constructive comment here, I immediately shared to all concerned departments for immediate action of investigations and improvement.
We do hope you will accept our sincere apology.

We, Chatrium Hotel Royal Lake Yangon, we focus on the staff personal hygiene as well as the hygiene of food & beverages products within our hotel as always. That's why from the past 5-6 years till now, this is the first time we received about Food Poisoning issue in our hotel. Normally some people got the food poisoning from some food stalls at outside.

If you are still in Yangon, please give us a chance visiting us at our hotel again. It would be so nice if we can redeem ourselves and I will make sure you will be satisfied our products and services. Please feel free to write me an email.

Last but not least, thank you very much for being our loyalty customers and keep repeating yourself in our beautiful hotel. It's our great appreciations.
