這是個很贊的地方...很喜歡他們各式各樣的食物。預訂了一間套房,能看到非常優美的景色。酒店設施蒸氣室、按摩浴缸和泳池都很贊。肯定還會再來的。

很棒的住宿體驗,很難忘。酒店的員工很靈活,很熱情。對孩子來說他們加床不要錢。房間有陽台,景色很贊。退房和入住有點慢。

客房可以看到宮殿的美景。我和我的朋友住在這慶祝她的生日,雖然我已經通過Booking.com告知了酒店,說在登記時至少有一個免費的蛋糕來慶祝,前台確認蛋糕會被送到房間的,但是直到我們退房,什麼也沒有來。所以我們最終從外面購買了。

租戶應當有權決定自己房間的窗戶清理時間,尤其是在整個房間都會被清潔團隊一覽無餘的情況下。有一個早上我簡直被嚇了一大跳,一抬眼就看見一個清潔工吊在我的窗戶外擦窗戶,他可以看見我房間的所有物品,這對我來說非常的不方便。當我向酒店管理層反映這件事的時候,那個管理人員就說了他很抱歉,難道這就夠了嗎?這就是你們對待自己顧客的方式嗎?

Please be informed that we have notified our guests about the window cleaning on January 20, 2018, however, we were not able to place the letter in your room as it was on “Do Not Disturb” status. Nevertheless, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered.

酒店的各個方面都很好,工作人員非常有禮貌,非常友好,房間總是乾淨整潔,沙灘也很乾凈(周到的服務,例如提供毛巾)。 他們幫助我託運行李箱,還打電話叫出租車,而且還幫助我們導航。所有你需要的東西,他們會儘力提供給你。 這真是一次完美的旅行,我強烈推薦這家酒店!
