Our staff works works very hard to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay for all our guests, so we are sorry if you felt let down during your stay. It is always a good idea to inform the management of any discrepancies in service felt while still in house and we're sorry we did not have the opportunity to make things better at the time.
While it is too late to fix the situation, we have taken on board all comments and we will look into making sure that there will be no further experiences of this nature; thank you for highlighting your feelings to us.

Thank you for taking the time to place your review. We at the Ramada Jerusalem are doing our utmost to provide our guest with a memorable stay. As a matter of fact , we are in the midst of major renovations project.So far we completed renovations our public areas and kitchens and beginning the project of replacing all our elevators. More projects will take place soon..
I believe, those changes will provide our guests with a comfortable stay, together with a warm and professional service.
