這酒店員工真的很友善，他們樂意幫你，早餐很豐富，味道不錯，也很地道。位置走向共和廣場不用十分鐘。就是房間有點簡單，設備有點舊。

We highly appreciate you for choosing to stay at Best Western Plus Congress Hotel and thank you for taking time to write a review about your stay with us.
Our team closely follow for opinion of our guests, because it gives us an opportunity to learn more about the level of satisfaction. It is our pleasure to know that our friendly staff made a very positive impact on your stay. Thank you for pointing out our location, which is in the center of Yerevan and is very close to almost all must-see attractions of the city. We are also glad you liked our delicious buffet breakfast with great variety of fresh and local food and hope you enjoyed our restaurant with new menu which offers mix cuisine with Armenian accent. Regarding the rooms, let us inform you that we plan to start renovation of our rooms soon.
So, it is a good chance to come back to our hotel in the nearest future and stay in one of our newly renovated and modern rooms.

酒店沒空調。我的意思是酒店有空調但是打不開。室外溫度26度，屋子里很悶很熱。這幾天我跟酒店說了很多次，他們承諾給我一個電扇，在十一點的時候送來了。不推薦夏天春天住在這裏。順便說一句，電扇壞了。

Thank you for taking your time to write a review on TripAdvisor.
Here, at Best Western Congress Hotel, customer care is among our highest priorities. We pride ourselves on our services: therefore I am disappointed to learn that the incident with air conditioning made you feel short of your expectations.
Please be kindly informed that we have centralized air-conditioning system; i.e. it can be set either on winter or summer setting.
We provided you with ventilator (it is a pity you didn't call our reception when you couldn't manage to switch it on, as it was working indeed) and the day after the hotel conditioning system was already set to summer setting.
Hopefully we will have another chance to welcome you to our hotel and ensure the best hospitality experience we are used to provide.

一家不錯的中等價位的酒店，位置很好，適合商務旅客和觀光遊客。房間很棒，可以抽煙，床很舒服。早餐很好，選擇很多，不過晚餐的選擇不多，聽說披薩很不錯。如果有兩台電梯，我的小腿肌肉可以放鬆一下。

You should try our pizzas for your next stay with us - wood fired Italian pizza and I can assure you that you will just love it.

2015年3月10-12日，我住在這家酒店的512號房間。早上四點我到的時候，我看到半瓶水和半杯水，好像是有人喝過，留在了那裡。下午，我發現房間的最後的一個客人走後，房間還沒有打掃，床品也沒換，服務員只是簡單覆蓋了一下。床上都是頭髮，衛生間也是，應該是上一個客人洗澡的時候留下的。那就是一個噩夢，這是我最糟糕的經歷。我強烈建議客房主管增加一些經驗，至少保證房間打掃過。

我在這邊住了三個晚上，對這家酒店非常滿意。服務很棒。員工特別有禮貌（英語說得很流暢）。房間很大（在4樓），帶有很大的窗戶，還有一個很不錯很乾凈的可以淋浴的浴室。早餐很美味，有很多不同的食物選擇，而且價格也不是太貴。酒店還配有一個挺好的健身房
