2024／3／31跟4／3與旅行團同遊，分別入住1晚，住在7樓，電梯乾淨清爽，升降平穩。飯店空間舒適，大廳寬廣明朗，早餐食物眾多美味，服務人員親切熱情並保持微笑，用過的餐盤迅速整理乾淨，其中對Ngoc、Hanh印象特別好。健身房早上6:00就開放，這也讓我很滿意，讓我可以進行晨間運動。房間及浴室整理的相當整潔乾淨。4／3入住時，雖然旋轉椅有些破損但反應後立即更換，客房服務反應快速，感覺很好。如果有機會，我會再回來的。

服務小姐姐（Thao Van, Linh, Giang, Trang）人超好！！第一天到就給了我們很友善的幫助，人很可愛又很熱心、充滿笑容～ 還有主動介紹我們道地的咖啡和甜點，並幫我們準備道地的咖啡，非常推薦😄😄
餐廳的餐食跟甜點也非常好吃，房間乾淨、交通便利，服務專業親切，非常推薦。
飯店附近有超市、離樂天百貨也很近，進舊城區也方便，設備新穎，隔音佳，外國住客也滿多的，台灣人也不少，是住起來很舒適的地方！
