我们发现前台的工作人员非常的不错而且友好。而且酒店的早餐也很对我们的胃口。我是一个不能吃面粉制品的人，所以当我跟他们要免费的谷蛋白土司的时候，他们非常的乐于助人。然而，我们的房间有点让我们失望。淋浴器有点发霉而且都是污点。总的来说有一种发霉或者湿地毯的味道。通向我们房间的走廊有一种很潮湿的味道。2012年的时候，我们住在这里，这儿非常的干净而且闻起来很清新，所以这次旅行我们毫不犹豫的预定了这个酒店。但是这次，我们并没有得到和上一次一样的照顾和对细节的关注，我们很失望。

Thank you very much Bruce and Tracey for reviewing the hotel and fantastic to see you enjoyed your stay. The entry from the side of the car is a wet weather entry and only open when it is raining to assist guests getting into the hotel quickly. As it is a fire exit we are unfortunately unable to change the appearance or add signage. I do understand it could be difficult to find reception and I will be sure to pass this feedback onto the owners.
We have just started construction on a new club floor of the hotel adding an additional 60 rooms to the hotel. This will also include repairs to the buildings appearance.

Thank you SFB9 for taking the time to review the hotel. Its fantastic to see you enjoyed the service from the staff but I apologise you didn't find the room to meet your needs. I would like to recommend on your next stay an interconnecting room. This is two Deluxe rooms with a common door in the middle. This will give you a standard queen size bed and two single beds.
We have just started construction on a new level of the hotel which will see an additional 60 rooms added to the hotel. This will also include a remodel of the hotel lobby and reception.
I agree with you Wifi is a necessary in the hotel and we are currently working to get it in the building. We are hoping to have it up and running but the end of the year.

在BISP边上找到一个像样的，价格合适的住处有时候并不简单。Alpha位于东克里克赛道和骑车道中间，考虑到这点，我们担心我们能否在这里度过的三个安静的晚上。房间很安静很舒适，是一个意外的惊喜。空间小到连转身都转不了，但舒适的床和很棒的浴室让我们还是很开心。附近的Oak酒吧和烧烤也是意外收获。唯一的缺点就是每天提供的清洁服务。。。毛巾每天都换，实在没必要。。但是很明显的是他们没有怎么清洁浴室。还有，当我们抵达的时候，空气里有臭味，或许是附近垃圾回收站的味道？但在接下来两天的晚上这气味又消失了。

If your ever looking for a bigger room with more space I would like to recommend the Alpha Suite. The Alpha Suite offers a larger living space and dining area with a small kitchenette.
