Please be informed that our basement parking entrance is located at the back of the property which can be accessed through Railway s'way. We strongly recommend to pre-book car parking as we only have limited car parking space. Also, with regards to the convenience store, there is a convenience store 220m (3mins walk) away from the property and there are few more shops at Macquarie street which is almost the same distance as the convenience store. Please be informed that visitors are only allowed before 8pm, I apologise that the compendium in your room has not been updated however you were informed prior to this incident that visitors are only allowed before 8pm and guests who are not registered in the registration form are not allowed to stay and you agreed. As per the conversation we had, your visitors arrived after 11pm hence the reason why we called you to confirm if there are visitors in your room and to remind you once again of the visitor's policy and that we just want to avoid the incident that happened in your room where other guests has been complaining due to some commotions / noise from your room. The staff has been very lenient and accommodating with all your requests and I oppose that they have been rude and arrogant with you as we at Quest Liverpool has the vision to consistently exceed guest expectations through excellence, value, constant innovation and care. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us as we strive to improve each and every day and it is unfortunate that you did not enjoy your stay as much as you had hoped. With regards to the security bond, it has been noted on your confirmation letter that Quest Liverpool will be requiring security bond upon check-in. The security bond will be released upon checkout however as per bank it will take few days for it to be available on your account.
