我從spa break.com上預訂的這家酒店,作為給我伴侶的生日禮物。一套服務的費用為25英鎊/人,包括每人25分鐘的推拿、茶和紙杯蛋糕。員工態度很怠慢,對此我不太高興,拿他們沒辦法。不提供浴袍和拖鞋。在我們到達時並沒有告訴我們,需要浴袍的話要交10英鎊的定金。返回時為浴袍的定金起了爭執,總體感覺員工很沒有組織。這不是一次令人放鬆的旅行。到處都有孩子,所以如果你想在水療館放鬆一下,那麼你來錯了地方。按摩得很粗略,感覺相當失望。為給我們茶和紙杯蛋糕的收據也起了爭執。心寒。更糟糕的是最後忘記吃我的紙杯蛋糕了。因為這一切,我感覺這完全不是一段輕鬆的時光,原本自始至終是為了水療休閑的。我們所接觸到的每一位員工都很懶散,表現缺乏組織性。這家酒店挺好的,只是被員工給毀了。

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to write a review following a visit to the Health & Beauty Salon, here at Hollins Hall, Marriott Hotel & Country Club.

Naturally I was very concerned to read your comments relating to not only the lack of attentive service you received but also the misunderstandings with regards to the food element of your package.

I would like to assure you that we value all guest feedback and strive to meet the expectations of our guests. All observations and feedback is welcomed and are of paramount concern to myself and the team and I will be fully investigating your areas of concern to ascertain that corrective action and training takes place as soon as possible.

我一般定期自己一個人呆在這家酒店,但在這一次,我和家人一起去了。非常高興,這裏待遇很好,一切都高達萬豪標準!房間乾淨,遊泳池/休閑俱樂部令人樂於接受,兩個餐廳里的食物也美味。我會再回來的…

昨晚住在這,很贊的一夜。不錯的房間,真的很安靜。很平靜的夜晚。在heathcliffe飯店的飯是極好的。服務也真的是很好。很配食物的不錯的酒。在水療的時候robyn提供了很棒的按摩。絕對會再回來的。

三月出差的時候來這裏住過一次。酒店毫無可取之處。說房間特別糟糕都是我給面子。電視不能用,淋浴也不能用。餐館和客房服務的菜都很難吃。作為萬豪連鎖的一家店,這可能是我住過的最差的萬豪了,我可是去過世界上很多地方了。

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback further to your stay with us here at Hollins Hall Marriott Hotel & Country Club.

I am concerned to read that certain aspects of the hotel failed to meet your usual expectations of the Marriott brand. Whilst our aims and intentions are to provide our guests with an excellent hotel experience it is clear from your own comments that this was not the case on this occasion.

I have highlighted the general observations of your dining experiences with the Executive Head Chef. Additionally the hotel Property Manager has been appraised of the disappointment you experienced with your bedroom and in particular the functionality issues you encountered with the TV and the shower.

Please accept my sincere apologies that these issues detracted from the overall enjoyment of your stay. Thank you once again for bringing your concerns to our attention and for allowing us to address these with relevant members of the hotel team.

我周末時和同伴一起過來住了一晚。我們預定了spa,很爽,設施贊,在澤斯特吧吃了午飯,味道不錯。房間很舒適,乾淨。第二天的早餐要收費,味道很好,食材新鮮,量足。綠化景觀和花園很漂亮,過夜的好去處,還會再來的。
