I am extremely disappointed to read your review, especially when the remainder of your family reunion group were extremely happy with the service, food and accommodation. Your group organiser has in fact been in touch complementing our service/venue and looks forward to a return visit- which is lovely to hear.
I would have appreciated you discussing your concerns with our staff in person, so we could have alleviated any issues with you on a one-one basis. We pride ourselves in being a friendly and welcoming venue and are always happy to chat to our guests at all times.
With regards to the meal- we pride ourselves in serving delicious food at an affordable cost, I am sorry you were not satisfied but again that is not the same feedback we received from your other family members.
Just to also be clear, It was in fact your group organiser that suggested at 10.00pm you should all depart, not our staff, as that was the time the restaurant had been booked till.
Our check out time is 10.00am, i note you didn't leave until 10.20am, a quick phone call to our friendly reception team to advise you were running late would have been acceptable and appreciated.
I am very sorry you had a problem with your shower, we did apologise at the time to you and we did everything we could to remedy this situation including supplying fresh towels. We felt at the time you were satisfied with the outcome of this.
